About D&E

Started in a one-car garage on Route 42

D&E Machine Company has delivered precision machining solutions from Lebanon, between Dayton and Cincinnati, for more than 40 years.

We specialize in low and high-production runs, prototyping, replacement parts for manufacturers' equipment, repair work, complete machine building and machined quality fabrications.

  1. 1971Dink & Etta Bennett start machining parts in their one-car garage on State Route 42 in Lebanon.
  2. 1985The business grows and moves to a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Lebanon.
  3. 1990Kent & Kim Coomer purchase D&E Machine Company.
  4. 2010The company relocates to a modern industrial building, expanding capacity and capabilities.
  5. 2026Damian & Kristin Whitaker purchase the business, bringing new technologies and continuing the legacy.
